The TEACH BETTER: PERSONALIZED PROGRAM FOR ENGLISH TEACHERS!
1-to-1 V.I.P. INDIVIDUAL consultations each week for four weeks and a BONUS COLLABORATIVE workshop!
These consultations will be TAILORED to YOU.
The sessions will be personalized according to your needs but the structure is as follows!
Each private session lasts 45 minutes. You will receive a video recording of each of our sessions!
WEEK 1: 1st session: examines your needs - what would you like to accomplish?
What would you like to change in the next 4 weeks?
Problem assessment: what are your challenges? What is holding you back?
Prior to our first session, you will receive a questionnaire that assesses your greatest fears and your future vision in detail.
WEEK 2: 2nd session: sets up a lesson depending on your needs, and your expertise, you will create a lesson plan (an ideal lesson) with specific goals set for your student (s).
WEEK 3: 3rd session: delivers a sample lesson, you will use what you have prepared in the previous week and test out how you would teach this lesson while getting feedback. You can invite people into this lesson while I observe or use me as your student.
WEEK 4: 4th session: You will receive constructive feedback and some points to improve on in your lesson. You will be given many tips and resources that you can use for yourself with your students.
BONUS: WEEK 5: 5th session: I will hold an additional workshop for all participants that will discuss what were their wins and fails? What questions did they get answered during the course? What were the takeaways from the course? There will also be a chance to win a prize!

About 60 minutes of video and 4 jamboards packed with activities! In this course, you will learn the theoretical (didactic) basics of the four language skills of reading, listening, writing, and speaking. You will gain pedagogical knowledge and explore diverse perspectives on teaching the English language. You will receive a jamboard of activities for each session with useful links to these activities for each of the four skills.
